As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on the Fusion Institute website you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of use policy .
Fusion Institute , reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)
We can't give batch repeat option to students, If anyone wants to repeat the batch it will be chargeable.
We can't give batch shift option to any students , If anyone discontinued the batch they need to give prior notice on the email.
The refund request will not be accepted if you have attended the online OR classroom training and have accessed / downloaded course material from the learning portal.
Refund is not possible , if you have attended the Demo and trainer is allotted to you.
No refund will be provided on discounted courses and partial payments.
No refund will be provided for the academic institute tie up courses.
If the delegate doesn’t turn up on the given schedule, then no refund will be provided.
With all above condition applied , Candidate can raise refund request within 4 days of commencement of the first session. Any refund request beyond 4 days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Management will take decision on the refund request and that will be the final decision.
if you want to change batch, you can change within 4 days only, no repetition of batch is allowed until you pay your full payment of course.
In the case of refund, taxes amount will not be refunded. Any facility charges will be deducted . Any Software Charges and Trainer Hiring charges will be deducted .
If the learners want to re-attended the online instructor led classes for the purchased course and if there is no availability of the batch with the same trainer from which the student took the sessions before, then in that case no refund will be allowed . Repetition will be allowed for those who informed Fusion Institute in written email ,regarding the repetition. Management will approve the repetition of the course taken if the repetition asked due to valid reason , by emailing to training department .
In Case , if any student wants to repeat the session with same trainer, Student should send email to inquiry@fusion-institute.com and take prior permission , mentioning the reason to reattempt the course .
If due to any technical reason from learners side and learners are not able to access the self-paced videos or class recordings and already attended the complete course through instructor led online classes then in that case no refund is applicable.
NOTE - All refunds will be processed within 20 working days of receipt of the refund request.
No refund will be done for Self Paced courses.
No refund will be provided and access will be revoked , If anytime found course is been shared with others / multiple users or intention of course purchase is to copy the material/ Content and account will be blocked at the same time.
Please Note - Every dispute, difference, or question which may at any time arise between the parties hereto or any person claiming under them, touching or arising out of or in respect of this agreement or the subject matter thereof shall be referred to sole Arbitrator by the first party , the award passed by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The Venue of Arbitration will be Pune (Maharashtra). All and any disputes shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts of Pune (Maharashtra), India.
